These Terms govern your use of EzFoto AI at ezfoto.org, operated by Yuzutime Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
1. Who can use EzFoto AI
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The photo editor can be used without an account. These Terms apply to guest and signed-in use alike.
You are responsible for your inputs and how you use the results. If you use an account, provide accurate information, protect access to it, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
2. Photo editing and templates
EzFoto AI lets you upload reference images and describe an edit for third-party AI models to process. Models, settings, and features are shown in the editor and may change. Model names identify available technology; they do not imply that the developer operates or endorses EzFoto AI.
Applying a template or copying a prompt prepares an instruction for the editor. It does not submit a generation request. Review the model, images, prompt, and aspect ratio before choosing Generate. A template's example illustrates a style and does not guarantee the same result for your photo.
Generation is asynchronous and can be delayed, rejected, or fail. A connection problem or unavailable status check does not necessarily mean the task failed. Check the existing task in My Works before submitting again; another submission can create a separate task and use another allowance or, where applicable, credits.
3. Free allowances and verification
Free editing allowances are shown on the website and checked by the backend. Base and Advanced allowances are separate; unused edits for one model do not become edits for another. Limits, availability, and eligibility may change. Free allowances have no cash value and are not a promise of uninterrupted access.
Request information, a browser identifier, and human verification help enforce limits and prevent abuse. Do not automate abusive submissions, bypass verification, create replacement identities to evade restrictions, or interfere with the service. Clearing browser storage or switching models does not entitle you to an additional allowance.
4. Your inputs and outputs
Only submit material you have the rights and permissions to use. This includes copyright, privacy, publicity, and consent rights relating to people shown in an image. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless you are authorized to share it with the providers involved.
You retain any rights you already have in your inputs. You authorize us and the providers involved to process those inputs as needed to deliver and protect the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original photos to us.
Use of results is subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the relevant provider's terms. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, qualifies for copyright protection, or is free of third-party claims. Assess whether your intended personal, public, or commercial use is permitted.
5. Acceptable use
Do not create or distribute unlawful content, exploit or sexualize minors, create non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonate others for fraud, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or facilitate harmful or abusive activity. Do not access accounts without authorization, bypass security controls, or disrupt other users. Applicable provider safety rules also apply.
6. Review AI results before use
AI editing can change details beyond those requested, including faces, text, proportions, colors, and backgrounds. Instructions to preserve a feature guide the model but do not guarantee it remains unchanged. An enhanced or restored image is not proof of the original scene or historical detail.
Review results before relying on, sharing, or publishing them. Specific quality, accuracy, suitability, and identical results across attempts are not guaranteed. Advanced is a product tier, not a guarantee that every edit will be better than a Base result.
7. My Works, downloads, and deletion
My Works keeps records in your browser. Guest history is local to that browser; signed-in history is separated by account within it. History does not automatically synchronize across devices. Clearing site data can remove access to those records.
Deleting a work removes its local history entry. It does not cancel an active task or delete files and records held by our backend or providers. Contact us about data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is not a permanent media archive. Result links may expire or stop working. Download files you wish to keep, and share links carefully because anyone with a working link may be able to access the file.
8. Purchases and credits, where available
This section applies only if you purchase through an available checkout. Paid credit packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Review the price, currency, credit amount, and applicable taxes before paying. Stripe processes payments, and credits are added after confirmation.
Charges depend on the model and settings. Review any estimate before submitting; the backend's confirmed charge and balance determine recorded usage. Credits are for use on the service and are not a cash balance. Free and promotional allowances have no cash refund value.
If a payment, balance, or task charge appears incorrect, contact us with the receipt or task identifier. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
9. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. The period begins on the purchase date. Once any credits from the purchased pack have been used, that purchase is not eligible for a refund. Requests after 14 days and other circumstances are not eligible, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Email [email protected] within that period with your account email, purchase date, and Stripe receipt or transaction reference. Eligibility is checked against payment and credit usage records. Approved refunds return the full payment to the original payment method and remove the associated credits. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
Free and promotional allowances are not refundable. A task credit adjustment is separate from a cash refund of a purchase. A delayed status check or missing preview does not itself establish refund eligibility. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
10. Availability and suspension
Maintenance, capacity limits, provider outages, and other interruptions may affect access. We may change or discontinue features, or restrict access to address abuse, fraud, security threats, breaches of these Terms, or legal requirements. If a change prevents use of a paid purchase, contact us; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
You may stop using the service at any time and contact us about account or personal-data deletion. Deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund or remove records that must be kept for applicable obligations.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and your use of it. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities, remedies, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes, questions, and disputes
We may revise these Terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Contact us first about an issue so we can review it. Mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law remain in effect.
