Yuzutime Ltd operates EzFoto AI at ezfoto.org. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the website, upload a photo, request an AI edit, or contact us. It also covers account and payment features where available. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
1. Privacy at a glance
- No account is needed to use the photo editor. Your edit still needs to be processed by our backend and the providers involved in delivering it.
- Uploaded photos, prompts, and settings are sent for processing when you submit a generation request. Selecting a file for preview or applying a template prepares the editor; it does not itself submit a task.
- My Works keeps history in your browser. Removing an entry does not delete the files or records held by our backend or providers.
- A browser identifier, request information, and human verification help enforce usage limits and protect the service.
2. Information we process
- Editing inputs and results: prompts, uploaded images, selected models and settings, task identifiers, status, generated files, and result links. Photos and prompts may contain personal information about you or other people.
- Usage and security: IP addresses, a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser, browser and device information, verification results, request details, and errors. The browser identifier is sent with API requests to help recognize usage and enforce limits; it is separate from any account you use.
- Analytics: page visits and website interactions processed through Google Analytics, which may use cookies and similar technologies.
- Support: your email address, message, and any task or other details you choose to send.
- Accounts and purchases, where available: Google sign-in credentials, email address, account and profile information, credit balances, and transaction records. We do not receive your Google password. Payment details are entered through Stripe Checkout.
3. How we use information
We use information to process requested edits, return results, maintain task status, enforce free allowances, prevent automated abuse, diagnose errors, and answer support requests. Where account or payment features are used, we also authenticate users, deliver purchases, maintain balances, and handle payment issues.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, processing depends on the purpose: providing the requested service, legitimate interests in operating and protecting it, legal obligations, or consent where required. Using the editor does not make information in your uploads anonymous.
4. Providers and information sharing
Backend, hosting, storage, and AI processing providers receive information needed to deliver and protect the service. This includes sending prompts and reference images to the providers involved in your selected model, including Qwen Image Edit and GPT Image. A model name does not necessarily identify every infrastructure provider involved.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish human users from automated traffic before generation. Its handling of browser and security signals is described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Google provides analytics and, where used, sign-in. Read the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Payments, where available, are processed under the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Provider retention and use of inputs and outputs depend on the service and arrangement involved. Do not assume that uploads stay on your device or are deleted immediately after generation. Avoid uploading confidential documents, sensitive information, or other people's images without the necessary permission.
Information may also be disclosed to meet legal requirements, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect rights, or support a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
5. Browser history, storage, and your controls
My Works stores prompts, model names, task identifiers, timestamps, status, and result links in local browser storage. It stores links rather than copies of generated media. Guest history belongs to that browser; signed-in history is separated by account within that browser. History does not automatically synchronize across devices.
- Delete a work: removes the local history entry. It does not cancel a task or request deletion of backend or provider data.
- Clear site data: removes local history, the browser identifier, and any stored session. It does not guarantee removal of server-side limits or records.
- Sign out, where available: removes the local login token and cached account information. History remains until separately removed. Pending checkout information may be kept in session storage.
- Manage analytics: use your browser's cookie controls or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking storage or scripts may affect features.
6. Retention, result links, and security
Local records remain until removed through My Works or your browser. Backend and provider retention depends on the information, task delivery, security needs, support, payment records, and applicable obligations. This policy does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period for uploaded or generated files.
Anyone who receives a working result link may be able to access the file. Treat links as private and share them carefully. Links may stop working, so download results you want to keep.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your devices and any account you use, and contact us if you believe information has been exposed or used without permission.
7. Privacy requests and international processing
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data protection authority. Email [email protected] to make a request, including requests concerning guest tasks.
Include enough information to locate the record, such as a task identifier or account email if you used one. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or disputes.
Providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply.
8. Age requirements
EzFoto AI is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address the request.
9. Updates and contact
We may revise this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Read our Terms of Service for the rules governing use of the service.
